Discover Deep Water Martial Arts

Among other combat, self-defence and health disciplines, we mainly teach Chinese-style martial arts, including Tai Chi (for beginners and experienced students), Adults Kung Fu (Bagua Zhang, Xingyi Quan, Shaolin-based arts), and Kids Kung Fu (Animal style Kung Fu). Our mission is to empower individuals through the holistic and longevity practices of these Martial Arts, fostering physical strength, mental clarity and spiritual well-being.

Our Training

Deep Water Martial Arts offers comprehensive training in various aspects of Kung Fu and Tai Chi, emphasizing the development of agility, balance, & total-body strength.

Through training these longevity arts, the result is a robust health regimen and effective self-defense system.

Our curriculum includes: Bagua Zhang (8 Trigram Palm), Xingyi Quan (Form-Intention Fist, 5 Elements + 12 Animals), Tai Chi.

Other influential arts include: Wing Chun Kung Fu, Muay Thai boxing, BJJ, Shaolin Family Style, Sanda, 18 Luohan Palm, Buddhist Meditation, Qigong.
